How are you different than a traditional tenant?

We guarantee your rental income, ensuring consistent payments. The core of our business depends on the functionality and cleanliness of your property, motivating us to ensure it stays immaculate and in top-notch condition at all times. When tenants move out after a long term lease, there may be minor maintenance that if not handled right away, could cost you many headaches and thousands of dollars.

How do you find your corporate travelers?

We market our listings on travel booking websites, including Furnished Finder, Booking, Airbnb, Travel Nurse Housing, Corporate Housing, and more. These platforms serve as intermediaries facilitating our connection with guests. We employ diverse marketing channels to reach various types of travelers while upholding rigorous screening practices.

How do you keep my property safe?

We prioritize property safety through multiple measures! All our guests have been screened prior to entering your property. With your consent, we install Wi-Fi enabled exterior security cameras to monitor guest arrivals and ensure they're not accompanied by unauthorized individuals. We also utilize noise detectors that alert our team if noise levels exceed predefined limits.

What about parties? How do you prevent them?

Keeping the property in the best condition is our number one priority. To prevent parties and disturbances, we've implemented multiple safeguards, including security cameras and noise monitors. We have a team dedicated to addressing any concerns as they arise, which has made parties a non issue for our landlords.

Is there a fee for your service?

No, there is no fee for working with us!
